Julie is a wonderful health professional whose knowledge and compassion shine through. Clearly an expert in her field, Julie was able to give me more answers, guidance and optimism – in one video consultation – than I have had in 5 years of dealing with long covid. I was particularly impressed by Julie’s ability to really listen – and instantly assess – the information I gave her. Talking to her, was like consulting an encyclopaedia that can turn the vaguest of symptoms into explanations. For the first time, I feel I have a path forward to deal with my condition. Julie is truly setting the standard for patient care and understanding.
