Compression Garments
Compression can help with symptoms of POTS. It would be worth discussing a prescription for compression garments via your GP. Above knee is generally better than below knee but can be less practical. More information is available here
The Long COVID Clinic has partnered with Juzo to provide medical grade stockings.
This is because Juzo offer the largest choice of stockings in the UK, and have the largest choice on prescription. Garments can be bought directly via the website link below, but you can ask your GP to prescribe them. You will need to provide product details for NHS prescriptions e.g. Juzo Soft Class 2, medium, closed toe (and colour).

The recommended product is Juzo Soft (Class 2), because patients find it easy to get along with, however there are several options on the dedicated POTS page above.
Accurate measurements are essential for proper fitting, as incorrect sizing can compromise the effectiveness of the compression. Please refer to the sizing chart that can be found on the product page when you click into it. If you have any issues, email shopsieden@gmail.com for advice.

Products can take up to 2 weeks to arrive as they are not always in stock and some have to be specially dyed.
